Coronavirus (COVID-19) Business Update

4/1/2021

Updated 04/09/21

As restrictions ease further in England, thankfully it seems we are returning to some sort of normality.
We would like to clarify our position regarding Covid-safe measures we are maintaining.

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible as we have been doing since May 2020, we will continue with some of our Covid-safe working practices to ensure we continue to play our part in reducing the spread of the virus.

Just so you know (for your peace of mind), all our staff are fully vaccinated as of 05/07/21.

Please see the list below of our revised measures we will adhere to;
  1. We will call 10-20 minutes before we arrive - feel free to open a window if you wish
  2. We will use hand sanitizer before we enter your property
  3. Gloves will be worn at all times when at your property
  4. If you want us to wear a mask whilst in your property for any reason, please do ask and we will gladly put one on
  5. We will try our best keep at least 2 meters away from anyone in the house and would still appreciate it if you could keep that distance from us
  6. Where possible, payment by bank transfer is now preferred but card and cash payments are still be accepted
  7. Gloves & masks worn in your home will never be reused elsewhere and will be safely disposed of
  8. Hand sanitizer will be used when we leave your property.

Updated 19/07/21

We are still open for appointments.
With many restrictions easing in England from Monday 19th July 2021, we would like to clarify our position regarding maintaining Covid-safe environments for our customers, and ourselves.

In order to keep everyone as safe as possible as we have been doing since May 2020, we will continue with the majority of our Covid-safe working practices to ensure we are playing our part in reducing the spread of the virus.
This means that, amongst other measures, we will continue to wear face coverings in the customers home and ask we have the kitchen to ourselves whilst working.
We will never ask the customer to wear a mask in their own home but feel free to if you wish.

Just so you know (for your peace of mind), all our staff are fully vaccinated as of 05/07/21.

Please see the list below of our revised measures we will adhere to;
  1. We will call 10-20 minutes before we arrive & will ask for the kitchen area to be clear and safe for us to work
  2. We will use hand sanitizer before we enter your property.
  3. Gloves and a face mask will be worn at all times when at your property.
  4. We will try our best keep at least 2 meters away from anyone in the house and would still appreciate it if you could keep that distance from us.
  5. Although we love a cup of tea, if offered a drink in your home, we will politely refuse so please don’t be offended!
    This is to ensure our contact to any surfaces or items in your home is kept to a minimum and also removes the need for you to be in the same room.
  6. Where possible, payment by bank transfer is now preferred but card and cash payments are still be accepted
  7. Gloves & masks worn in your home will never be reused elsewhere and will be safely disposed of.
  8. Hand sanitizer will be used when we leave your property.
